Projects – Active - All projects (defined outcomes) that you’re actively working towards. These perspectives give you a quick way of seeing what’s currently on your plate, as well as what’s on your radar. It’s important to review OmniFocus regularly to ensure that it’s an accurate reflection of your life and work, and to keep your commitment level in check. You can also drop in your own graphics, including photos and logos. These include a collection from Josh Hughes (free) and a collection from MacStories (paid). There are also some excellent third-party offerings that give you a wide array of beautifully-designed icons to draw from. This makes them easy to identify and adds a personal touch to your OmniFocus setup. OmniFocus has a collection of built-in icons and a palette of colours to choose from.
